Virtual Design*
With virtual design we can transform your home at a distance. We assist with the floorplan, design & products. You purchase the products and complete your space on your timeline. Includes floorplan, mood board, a design concept, 2 revisions, 2D/3D renderings, detailed shopping list with shoppable links, elevations & styling guidance. *See below for more detail.

You select the package(s) that best fit your needs and purchase directly from the website.
Within 24 hours we will send you a questionnaire via email for you to share measurements, inspiration photos and tell us what your vision and needs are for the space.
Once we have the completed questionnaire, we’ll send a calendar invite to book your 1st virtual design meeting where we will review the questionnaire together to make sure we are all on the same page for your design.
Within 2 weeks we will complete your custom designs via email for your to review and come up with any questions or revisions to make. When you are ready, you’ll use the online scheduling tool to book your FINAL virtual meeting. During this meeting we’ll review the design together and talk about any revisions or questions you have. if revisions are needed, we will complete them after the meeting and send you your final design complete with a customized shopping list with photos and links for the furniture & finishes in your design. You will be able to shop all of the pieces as your timeline and budget allows.
*Please note the Virtual Design includes 1 round of revisions. If additional revisions are required, time will be billed at $75/hr. The Virtual Design process needs to be started within 6 months of purchase.

DESIGN FEES
Before a project begins we provide a proposal estimating the number hours required to complete the project. Hours are itemized per area of focus so you can easily understand the time commitments. When you receive your proposal it is a guideline for what to expect and reflects a projected “all in” price for services.
Hourly
$125/hour
-25% retainer of proposed hours required before project begins.
-Invoicing is sent every 2 weeks and due upon receipt
Flat Fee
$200/2 Hour Design Consult
-A single day session; 2 hours of undivided attention to any and all of your design questions
